    Testade Thunder Honey för första gången häromdagen och måste säga att jag blev rätt chockad över effekten. Kollade min WHOOP dagen efter och hade 94% recovery (!!), nästan ingen strain, och min HRV var maxad under natten. Kände mig verkligen återhämtad och klar i skallen hela dagen. Dagen efter tog jag ingen Thunder Honey och då var recovery bara 64% och HRV hade droppat till 74. Visst, det kan vara tillfälligt, men det känns som att det ligger nåt i det här. Märkte tydlig skillnad. Thunder Honey verkar faktiskt funka, och det är mer än jag kan säga om de flesta grejer man testar.

  • Actually works as coffee alternative

    As an avid coffee addict with very set routines around my morning coffee, when taking this instead, I feel just as fresh and eager about my day, but less of the downsides. I don’t take it every day, still like to alternate to regular coffee but enjoy it as a great alternative maybe every other day or so. Tip: mix it with a tiny bit of water before filling the cup with the rest of it.

    I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do. I’ve tried other mushroom blends before and they all tasted like dirt or had no effect. Thunder Honey actually works. I’m off coffee completely and feel way more balanced throughout the day. Also, it mixes like a dream with oat milk.

    This is amazing, since I started with this I dont crave coffee anymore. Before I drank at least 3 cups of coffee the day, now its max 1 cup. I feel better and I have more energy and it taste really good! I blend it with a little bit of water and then oat milk, like a cold drink. So good!
